Dancing at Lughnasa

The Hartt School, 2018
Set in the fictional Irish village of Ballybeg, Ireland, in 1936 Dancing at Lughnasa is a memory play, told from the perspective of an adult Michael. He recalls one summer he spent at his aunts' home when he was seven years old. The five Mundy sisters, all unmarried, live together with their older brother, Jack, who has returned from Uganda after serving at a leper colony for 25 years.
